Blue Bayou

The Blue Bayou is one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is amazing. You are dining inside the start of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.  It is a dark restaurant that makes you feel like you are sitting on the back porch of a house in the south. A variety of food is served with my favorite being the Monte Christo. If you would like to try it out I suggest you all ahead of your visit by at least a month to reserve priority seating. Thanks for the info.  Surprisingly I have never dined at that little establishment nestled in with one of my all time favorite rides.  I will definitely be making a point to call ahead for reservations on my next visit. The last time we went to Disneyland we found out the hard way that it is next to impossible to get reservations once your there.
